Walking Through St. James ' Park

After visiting Buckingham Palace, we walked through St. James' Park, on our way to Westminster Abbey.  It was beautifully scattered with cherry blossom trees, daffodils, and lots of Buckingham geese.

As we strolled around the park, we were lucky enough to catch the Queen's Color Guard getting ready to change shifts...it was the pomp and circumstance that we love so much about the British.

Watching the ceremony was quite a treat, then it was off on our way to Westminster Abbey.
